Carrabba's Italian Grill originated from a love of food and family. Founders Johnny Carrabba and Damian Mandola designed the menu from generations of their own family's recipes, which are prepared from scratch daily in an exhibition-style kitchen. The cuisine is based on traditional, Sicilian fare with an inventive twist of bold flavors, which are inspired by the founders' Southern upbringing. Our dishes are created from only the freshest, seasonal ingredients and many favorite recipes are cooked on our signature wood-burning grill.

very poor vegetarian selection, most Italian places are easy for veggies to eat at, not Carrabba's. Carrabba's had two meat free options. I ordered the eggplant, greasy and not much flavor.
